This year on November 5th will mark six years since we lost a true hero, Harvey Waterfield. He was the kindest, most selfless person I have ever known. He always made my day that little bit brighter and I felt it was time I did something to honour Harvey and help an incredible cause. Please donate any amount that you can, it will be greatly appreciated. I will post updates on my progress because I am not typically a runner so this will be a bit of a challenge for me, but we've got to push on and remain determined. I also plan to listen to a lot of Eminem during my training because he is the artist that Harvey loved most and I think that will really help me push through.
