Hi!

The Beads of Courage program (https://beadsofcourageuk.org/ ) represents the many hospital stays and treatments Phoebe has received since her AFM diagnosis in Oct 2018. In honour of her 1000th act of courage we have set ourselves 4 physical challenges in the hope we can raise £1000 for EACH who have helped us immeasurably to cope with the adjustment of living with a disability.

Phoebe's Challenge: 1000 minutes off the ventilator! (Phoebe can now tolerate 1 minute at a time breathing all by herself)

Alice's Challenge: 1000 Cartwheels! (I think she's going to smash it)

Will's Challenge: 1000 Sit ups! (not all in one day)

Hannah's Challenge: Run 1000km! (again not all in one day eek!) :-)
