Story

Dear Families and Friends,

I am walking to help END PKD!

Please help me make an incredible impact in raising awareness and funds for critical PKD research! By making a personal donation your efforts will help strengthen the direct funding of the PKD Foundation of Canada's mission to promote programs of research, advocacy, education, support and awareness in order to discover treatments and cures for PKD and improve the lives of all it affects!

I have PKD and this disease has affected my life tremendously. I went through kidney failure at the age of 41 and was on Dialysis for 4 years - I was fortunate enough to receive a kidney transplant in 2015 and I am doing well at the moment.

My mom and my aunt passed away from this disease in 2016 and 2019 and I am walking in remembrance of them.

Your support is greatly appreciated!

With love and blessings,

Phouv
