We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

Update:

This years race has been delayed to comply with COVID guidelines and has been moved to 5th September 2021.

Please support our amazing team, who still are training hard.

Backstory:

But despite being a team, this is no relay race. We will each be running, jogging, or slogging our way through 13.2 miles thinking “what have I done?” most of the way. 13.2 miles is a long way, and we understand that training through winter means running in horrible weather,  in the dark with head torches, and on those days you really don't fancy it. Your donations will motivate us to keep going, to train hard, and to put in our best efforts on race day!

The Runners are:
Ali Champion, Sade Wheatman, Jessica Swann, Becca Neeve, Jayden Ariyo, Esther Majester, Maddie Simmonds, David Mbinga, Stuart Hendry, Lauren Smith, Ben Lightfoot-Bennett, Luke Winzar, Olivia Pratt, Lewis Downey, Tom Johnstone & Anna Hunter.

We are running because we believe that mental health matters and no one should have to face this problem alone. Anything you donate goes towards the fantastic charity Mind, who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. The campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. They listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.  Anything you donate goes towards changing lives for the better.
