The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

'Mens Health Survival of the Fittest' -  Shame Joe couldn't make it but anyway, that's my exercise done for the year! Thanks to everyone who supported me by making a donation.

We are raising money for The National Autistic Society - a fantastic charity whose vision is to change the world for people with autism so that they, and their families, have the support they need and the same opportunities as others in society. Your donation could help a child with autism to cope with problems at school, their parents to receive vital support and information or an adult with autism to find a job.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We really hope you will consider making a donation - it will make you feel all warm inside, we promise!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
