In March 2020 Adam and I will walk from Blackpool to Liverpool in around 24 hours.

The distance will be roughly 45 miles (75km) and we will be totally self sufficient with no support vehicle. 

This challenge will be to raise funds for the K Woods foundation to help those affected by Dementia in the Merseyside area.
