🎗 Pierce’s 5k Gold Challenge - Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🎗

As Pierce continues to fight Leukemia with the help of Birmingham Childrens Hospital, he has set himself a challenge…amidst his daily chemotherapy & 4 days after a grueling steroid pulse, on the 25th of September @ 12.15pm, he will be riding 5k @ Stratford-on-avon Race course in aid of Cyclists Fighting Cancer at their #CANCERSUCKS Charity Sportive.

Pierce rides in honour of all those Cancer Children who fight hard every single day like him, those who have fought & won, those who have fought & sadly lost, and also those who have no idea they have a fight coming.

Please come along with your kiddies & their bikes to join us on the 25th to cheer him on in his solo ride. We know it would mean the world to him. CFC & Bikeability also have a variety of free activities aimed at 4-12yos on the day either side of Pierce’s ride! 

Pierce hopes to raise awareness of Childhood Cancer & help CFC raise some much needed funds. CFC offer specialist bikes to children living with cancer. If you’re wondering why it’s important, it’s because…a bike offers them a sense of normality, keeps them active through physically challenging treatment & offers them escapism from the relentless chemotherapy…a true companion always willing to help 🚲🎗🧡
