I was recently diagnosed with Affective Bipolar Disorder. Mind.org.uk has helped me in all sorts of ways and I want to give back so they can help more people. I love biking so I plan to go on a bike ride of at least 36 miles (my age!) to raise money for this wonderful charity. I hope to do this bike ride when the weather is nice sometime this August or September. As you can see, my bike is a single-speed one 😂 I might go for several rides, if you are interested you can follow my progress on Strava!
