I'm running this for my dear sister-in-law Lisa, who sadly lost her brave battle from this horrendous cancer Mesothelioma, which is caused from breathing in Asbestos.

Lisa was funny, intelligent, kind, genuine and beautiful. She has left a big hole in all our hearts. 

My wife Claire is determined to run this half marathon, and true to form is very badly prepared (as am I... :-I) .  That's not going to let Claire stop doing exactly what she believes in and raising money for this amazing charity - Mesothelioma UK - in loving memory of her dear Sister.  We'll crawl round if we have to!
