Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Page.

I would love to join in the collective effort everyone is making across the country to show support for our amazing NHS staff; my idea is to create a space for people all over to come together online in a positive, fun and healthy way. I will be offering a FREE Pilates class via Zoom, in exchange for a donation of Any size to NHS Charities Together.

The Pilates fusion class itself will be 45 minutes of fabulous movement and working out, suitable for All levels. Simply email pilateswithsophie@outlook.com to receive the Zoom ID.

Sunday 10th May 9.30am via Zoom.
