The Merseyside Adventure Sailing Trust (MAST) are a wonderful charity based in Merseyside. They help young people grow in confidence, learn new and life skills, and how to work as a team, and of course how to sail! I have personally had this experience, and I can't put into words how much it helped me to see what I was capable of despite being in a wheelchair.  It gave me new confidence and strength, and I'm determined with all my heart to help a young person have the same opportunities.  So please, help fund a sail, and give someone the opportunity of a life time.
