By 2030, its estimated that 1.2 million women will be living with the disease. Breast Cancer Now are uniting to make life-saving discoveries and are here to offer expert support to anyone, the whole way through their breast cancer experience. But they cant do it alone. I was diagnosed with breast cancer just before Christmas 2020. Thankfully it was caught early but I had to have extensive surgery and I’m on hormone therapy for ten years.

it’s no secret I’ve had my struggles with both my physical and mental health post surgery and active treatment

I therefore want to get my health and fitness back on track and also give something back to this amazing charity who have supported me and given me hope in my darkest days.
