Last year we lost our mum, Annie, to cancer. She was only one person, but to us she was everything, funny, kind, loving, and always putting others before herself.

This year we’re doing the 10-mile Pink Ribbon Walk in London to raise money for Breast Cancer Now in her memory and for everyone affected by this disease.

Over the past couple of years, we’ve also had close family friends go through cancer treatment and we tragically lost one of our closest friends in January. It’s shown us just how many lives this disease touches and why raising money for research is so important.

Our mum would have wanted us to keep smiling, keep going, and do something positive, so that’s exactly what we’re doing. We’re not just walking for her, but for everyone who has been affected by cancer and to help save more lives in the future.
