For 36 years, people like you have kept Mountbatten going, supporting Island people through the toughest of times. Without you, we will not be here for the next 36 years and beyond. Your fundraising will make the difference between our community facing death alone and being supported through death, dying and bereavement with Mountbatten by their side. Every pound you raise will help provide nurses to look after people at home, in familiar surroundings. It will provide oxygen on our hospice ward and special pressure relieving mattresses, giving a dying patient the greatest comfort possible. It will enable those with long term life-limiting illnesses to benefit from music and art therapy, helping them to carry on living, whilst dying. And it will give a family bereavement counselling to help them come to terms.

The mountbatten hospice has supported family and friends over the past few years. Sadly losing loved ones is so painful. But the help and support that the hospice gives is amazing.
