I always admired my better half for running marathons. I always thought I will try one day... The day has come. It's a long slog - a marathon. Step after step, breathless endeavour, not unlike climbing an 8000m summit. I could do with a pacer, someone who would laugh all the way along and then show a V sign for Victory... V for Vijay. He is gone, but he will be there with me. That's what buddies are for. And if I am to sweat all the way, might as well do it for a cause - and who can think of a better cause than kids. Children are our future, may they be always healthy! Raising money for Wexham Park Hospital, Children's Critical Care Appeal. Donate if you can!
