Hey Everyone,

Delighted to be running again for Beefy's fabulous Charity Foundation which supports five causes in the UK and one in India.

• BTRS - Brain Tumour Research & Support
• BDFA - Batten Disease Family Association
• CRY - Cardiac Risk in the Young
• Bloodwise - formerly Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research
• JDRF - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
• YUVA Unstoppable

All these projects are about young people and the chronic illnesses and life challenges they face. And they can only exist with the help of generous, public support. 

So please cheer me on as I pull on my trainers (again!) and pound the streets of London for this 10k challenge.
