Hi everyone

I'm competing in the London triathlon this August to fundraise for MacMillan Cancer Care.

I lost a friend of mine, Ben Clay, to cancer last year after  a long battle and wanted to honor his memory and do something to help raise money to help those with the disease and to support research. MacMillan does so many things to support those with cancer and I feel they are a worthy cause so please give generously.

I'll be racing from the London Excel on Sunday the 8th August. It's a 1.5km swim in the Royal Victoria Docks before a 40km cycle through East London to Tower Bridge and back before having to run 10km around the docks. If you want to come down and cheer me on I'm sure I and all the other MacMillan fundraisers could really do with the encouragement.

So please donate some money to this worthy cause (and select gift aid so they don't have to pay tax!) and make all my hard work training worthwhile.  Hope to see you on the day!
