My Life was established in 2016 and delivers award-winning mental health and wellbeing projects across England & Scotland. Our prisons project Unlock My Life currently benefits over 2,000 people in UK prisons, and offers employment to ex-offenders, with the aim of reducing mental ill-health.

We're raising money to support young people's mental health across the south east.
