Cycling from Liverpool to London · 26 June 2010

The Cinema was saved after a long campaign by volunteers in 1997. It reopened on 18th July 1997 as the Plaza Community Cinema to packed houses. Run by almost totally volunteer staff the Plaza offers affordable cinema to those in our community and surrounding areas of Merseyside.

Story

This summer, four students will be setting off from Liverpool and cycling 220+ miles to London to raise money for the Plaza Community Cinema in Waterloo.

Vicky (23), Jon (17), Alex (17) and George (19) will be testing their bikes (and muscles!) to the limit as they attempt the trip in June.

Lets make this HUGE!
