On 15 October, I am doing Race for Life's Pretty Muddy 5k race on Clapham Common. Not only will this involve running through mud, as the name suggests, but also over obstacles, for five kilometres. 

I'm not just doing this because I'm mad, but also because I want to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Cancer has affected/is affecting many people I know and I'd love to help make a difference.
