Join us on Saturday, 15th of December 2018, for a Plymouth Santa Ride to Derriford Hospital. The Santa Ride has two sides to it: there is the ride itself, where participants (santas?) are asked to donate a new toy, or toiletries to children in the paediatric wards.
The other side is this page, where we're fundraising to help decorate the new children's department in the Emergency Department (A&E), to help make it a less scary and intimidating environment for youngsters - and their families - at times they need to call in for help.
Decorating this new enlarged department will help potentially thousands of children over a number of years at times that, to them, would undoubtedly scary and stressful.

If you're planning on joining us for the ride, we will be setting off from Rockets & Rascals on the Plymouth Barbican at 10h00 on the 15th of December 2018. Though not required, it'd be great if you could dress as Santa.
We will also organise a shorter, more family-friendly ride from the George Park & Ride to Derriford.
Please search on the www.letsride.co.uk site for either ride to sign up, and to see updates.
In case of extreme weather, the rides may have to be cancelled, so fingers crossed for good weather.
If you don't want to cycle, you're welcome to just donate here, and to drop toys off on the day, either at the start of the ride, or at Derriford.

Being is hospital is never a pleasant experience, and is even less so when you're a child in hospital, over Christmas. Please help us make Christmas a tiny bit better for some unfortunate kids?
