The New Year's resolutions every property manager should have made · 11 January 2018

YMCA Training Doncaster provides education, training and support to young people with a variety of needs. We, support young people to gain qualifications and gain invaluable work experience to better prepare them for the world of work. YMCA Training Doncaster helps to support young people, some of whom have complex needs, to build their confidence and skills in order to prepare them for further training or employment. We offer Study Programmes and Traineeships to our young people with a fantastic success rates. To quote one of our learners, who has just been published in Doncapolitan magazine, “learning (at YMCA Training) is more relaxed and there is more focus on you as a student.” At YMCA Training Doncaster we are wanting to use any money raised to broaden the horizons of our young people, by enabling them go on trips and visits to places outside of Doncaser; in order to provide experiences and learning that would otherwise be unattainable to many of our young people.

Story

At PM Legal Services, we are committed driving up standards within the property management industry through education and sharing knowledge and it is on that basis that we have chosen to make this conference free to attend.

Our nominated charity for the conference is YMCA Training.  If delegates want to show their appreciation for the conference, they are invited to make a donation to YMCA Training.

YMCA Training is a national charity who aims to transform the lives of young people and adults through work related training and employment support.  It believes in setting inspiring goals and working closely with individuals all over the UK to develop personal, vocational and work related skills.  It’s passionate about developing and supporting young people to fulfil their potential and pride themselves on treating everyone with respect, and being supportive of feelings.  YMCA training provides teaching, learning and assessment opportunities through programmes that are designed to reengage, motivate and develop young people to maximise their potential, academic and vocational aspirations.  Each programme is tailored to meet individual needs, interests and aspirations, and designed to compliment both vocational and academic learner pathways.
