Me (Poe) and Jem were thrown away by breeders. I was treated very badly. I’m very tiny and very afraid of everything so nobody wanted me - my breeder threw me away.

Jem had a hole in her heart, it cost a lot to fix it and she’d never be able to have pups so her breeder threw her away too.

We were rescued by Friends of Animals Wales, and we came to live with Spike and Joey. They look after us now, and we have a lovely life.

Not all dogs are so lucky, so we are trying to help the ones left behind.
