Community Day Online Donations · 19 May 2018

We are Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. We stop at nothing to help give seriously ill children childhoods that are fuller, funner and longer. Because we believe no childhood should be lost to illness.

Story

Thank you for checking out our fundraising page! We are a group of Pokémon Go players located in the North East Of England. Every month Pokemon Go host a Community Day across the world where players meet up to catch shiny variants of a specific Pokémon. At our first meet we started with 100 players and now as our community has grown we have 400 plus players joining us at Saltwell Park every month! The game has brought together some amazing people of all ages and backgrounds and has started some incredible close-nit friendship groups.

In May our moderation team decided that community day would be a brilliant opportunity to help raise some money money for a charity which is close to many of our hearts, since then we’ve had some great fundraising activities in the park from bake sales to badge sales and we shall continue to make our fundraising bigger and better!

Thank You for all of your donations - PoGo NE England!
