I am running the London Marathon to help raise money for St Raphael's hospice. They provided end of life care for my best friends mother (Karen), it was of the highest standard and still gives Kathleen comfort to this day. Kathleen and I will both be 40 years old when we stand on the start line, we have known each other since 5 ! I have grown up around her and her family during all those years. We see this as a chance for Kath and I to celebrate her mum (Karen), push ourselves, and help an amazing charity.
