I am helping HHA tackle poverty through improving access to healthcare for some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. In Haiti, we founded and support a leading community hospital with a focus on maternal, infant and disability care for those who need it without discrimination. HHA now also works in East Africa with the most vulnerable South Sudanese refugees now living in Ugandan settlements.  Helping those with disabilities get mobility, respect and self esteem is an important part of our work.  Please help, please donate.
