Myself, Sara and Abi are three friends who love to walk and talk! Dementia now impacts 1 in 3 people and Abi lost her lovely Dad to the disease in 2016 after a lengthy battle. So we are joining hundreds of other trekkers walking a marathon around London's most iconic sights to raise money - hopefully together we can help find a cure for this awful disease.
