Our aim is to care for and find new homes for the animals at our centre. We also run a weekly subsidised veterinary clinic for people who receive benefits in the Medway area. All donations received are greatly appreciated.

Story

The Branch's Clinic opened its doors in May 1998 and over the years has helped thousands of animals, either directly at the centre or by providing advice or food to people struggling so that their animals can stay with them.To run the clinic, we need to raise funds of approximately £110,000 a year, with the recent pandemic fundraising has been incredibly hard for us, like for many others, and we would be very grateful for any help you can offer us and the animals.

This 5 year old springer spaniel was saved from a puppy farm located on a traveller site in Yarmouth. She has never seen daylight until recently and is in need of urgent care. She has had multiple litters of puppies and has basically been used for breeding. She has never felt any human love or any human attention or interaction. She is very timid around humans. Infact when we gained her she was lifeless and literally skin and bone, full of mange with a very deep set ear infection. She had badly broken teeth with gum disease. In the last of month of having her she has come on leaps and bounds gaining weight and has a sparkle in her eye and slowly is gaining the confidemce and trust with certain humans again

Although we have done our absolute best getting poor meg back to her health after vets advising we put her down, poor Meg has mammary cancer and also needs to be spayed as this poor dog also has pyometra which is severe womb infection. we desperately need the funds to make this possible so Meg can finally live the life she deserves.

***** PLEASE NOTE A LOT OF THE PHOTOS ARE OF WHEN WE FIRST GOT MEGS. WE HAVE SEEN BIG IMPROVEMENTS IN THE VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME WE HAVE HAD HER****
