Story

Listen up team - I’m doing a thing and would really appreciate your support. I’m going to smash out 90km in June for Sands - the stillbirth and neonatal death charity.

This is a charity very close to my heart. For those of you who may not know, our second child, Daphne, was stillborn on 18 February 2021.

When we lost Daphne our world stopped. Sands was there for us. From practical information through to emotional support, they are a truly amazing charity who do so much good. And the research they fund is saving babies’ lives and preventing other families having to go through the same devastation we did.

I’m walking for all three of my babies. For Felix: my sunshine in the darkness. For Carys: my rainbow after the storm. For Daphne: my sweet eternal baby, who will always be with me in my heart.

So dig deep and give what you can. In return, Sands will save some babies’ and support families in need, and I will get my walk on and take you with me on my month long walking adventure.

Thank you ❤️

TLDR - doing walk, give money, cheers!
