I’m doing the Portsmouth memory walk for my lovely Grandad, Ronald, who since the death of his wife, has suffered massively with his Alzheimer’s.

This charity means a lot to me as I understand how hard it is to watch a loved one with Alzheimer’s deteriorate because of this disease and we need to work together to support these people and find a cure.
