In the slums around Barishal, Bangladesh, life for women is hard. Most miss out on getting an education and training, and struggle to make a living. Without being able to even support their families, they can’t prepare for or protect themselves against monsoon floods that destroy homes, lives and livelihoods. The money  you raise will provide livelihood grants for these women to start their own businesses and so support their families, help them organise into supportive women's squads and provide training and support for developing healthier, happier lives.

Thank you for helping us spread the power of kindness through this project. You will be empowering women. They just need a helping hand to be successful. When strong women come together they are powerful. Their ability to create sustainable future for their families and entire communities is limitless.
