Story
The
challenge
Sam from Storefirst Barnsley will attempt to lose as much weight as possible in the month of February through a simple change in diet and exercise, the more weight he loses the more money Barnsley Hospice gets!
The
Rules
There will be an official weigh in on the 1st of February where Sam will
be weighed with witnesses and his weight noted down, Sam then has to spend the whole month of February watching what he eats and doing more exercise, there will then be a final weigh in on the 28th of February where his final weight and any loss will be noted.

Can You Help
We are asking you to sponsor Sam £1 for every 1lb of weight he loses throughout the month of February, or a fixed amount of your choice. All proceeds will go to Barnsley Hospice.
