In August I am fundraising for Dementia UK who provide specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service. Admiral Nurses are specialist nurses who give much needed practical and emotional support to family carers, as well as the person with dementia.

In August I will be doing my second biggest ride yet – cycling a 600km round trip from London to Dorset for a friend’s wedding. I, therefore, hope to raise as many funds as possible for Dementia UK during August, as I continue to ramp up my Powered by Me distance.
