1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. At Prostate Cancer UK, we’re giving every man the power to navigate it. With over £100 million invested in research, treatment, and care, we’re building a future where prostate cancer no longer cuts men’s lives short. Together, we can help save men’s lives.

Story

After his father was diagnosed with prostate cancer in early 2016, PPS engineer Chris Speight decided to organise a special fundraising bike ride for Prostate Cancer UK. The charity supports those with prostate cancer and leads change to help more men survive the disease.

On Sunday 16th September 2018, Chris and half a dozen of his work colleagues will follow a hilly route about 35 miles, from PPS offices in Brighouse to sister company, Simm Engineering, in Sheffield.

One in eight men in the UK will get prostate cancer.

Chris's father has made a full recovery since having an operation on his prostate in 2016. We hope that by taking on this challenge, and with your kind donations we can ensure more men survive to watch their son's take on challenges and motivate others like Chris has.

Well done Chris and Team!

Thankyou for donating and helping us help others.
