On 19th July, I will be participating in a global virtual 10km run/walk in aid of charity, supporting International Association for Human Values (IAHV). IAHV engages in relief work and rural development across the globe, and its mission is to transform lives worldwide of people affected by disasters, conflict, trauma and stress, and children not in education. 

Your generous donations during these unprecedented times of the ongoing pandemic will help to continue the amazing work of IAHV.
