The current global pandemic and crisis is no secret to anyone. Nations all around the world declared lock downs and Nepal was no indifferent to enforced the measure with immediate effect from 24th March 2020 to help prevent the spread of the virus. Many Nepalese workers in India were hit with unemployment and forced to return home. But the strict security and test requirement set by the Nepalese government have left them stuck at the border for long. Unsurprisingly Nepal fails and delays the tests and this has resulted in thousands of Nepalese migrants stuck at the border without food, water and shelter.
Our main effort is anticipated to help provide safe drinking water, food and shelter to those people in need so they cumulate hope and time to get back home.
Our team of 10 will walk, run and ride 1000 miles in 10 days from 1st Jun 2020 to raise targeted £1,000 for our vulnerable people and the amount will be donated to the BlinkNow organisation.
