Thousands have been killed and tens of thousands severely affected by the huge earthquakes that hit large parts of Türkiye (Turkey) and Syria on 6 February. 

We at Prescient are deeply concerned about the well-being of the children affected by this disaster and want to do our part to help. That is why we have chosen to support the UNICEF Turkey and Syria Earthquakes Appeal.

UNICEF is providing essential services such as safe water and nutrition, healthcare and medical supplies, child protection, and education. They are providing families with emergency water and hygiene kits, life-saving medical supplies, and working to reunite unaccompanied children with their families. They are also providing children with psychological first aid and a safe space to rest and play.

We encourage you to share this JustGiving page with friends and family who may wish to donate, and are delighted to announce that Prescient will match donations up to a cap of £5K. This means that every donation you make, big or small, will have double the impact. For reference, a donation of just £39 could help provide a family with an emergency water and hygiene kit.
