Kym and Hannah at Prima Ardelle Associates are taking part in Pretty Muddy 5k at Mote Park on 8th July 2018 to raise money for Cancer Research.
Cancer Research is a charity we wanted to support as it has affected all of us at Prima Ardelle Associates in some way. Kym lost her mum in 2015 after a 2 year battle with bowel cancer as well as her Uncle Pete to a brain tumor several years ago.
Bonita, Nicole and Hannah have all had Aunties survive breast cancer which wouldn't have been possible without pioneering research.

This awful disease affects almost everyone in one way or another and statistics now claim that 1 in 2 people will develop cancer at some point in their lives - this is a horrendous reality and we need to do as much as possible to raise money to ensure research and development continues for ourselves and our families futures.
Every donation big or small will help the mission to BEAT CANCER! Your money will go towards:
- £5 kits one of our ground-breaking research labs out with essential chemicals - the bread and butter of day-to-day experiments, helping to beat cancer sooner.
- £23 buys a lab coat for one of our scientists. Not only geek chic, but vital items to help our scientists carry out life-saving research.
- £50 buys a scientific sieve to separate out big bits and small bits of DNA to reveal vital clues about how to beat cancer sooner.
- £270 covers the cost of a trial for a day to find the best treatment for children with a rare type of leukaemia, whose cancer has come back after treatment.
- £11 buys a lab timer to keep our scientists on track as they go about their work, finding out what makes a cancer cell tick.
- £53 can supply our labs with beakers and flasks, vital for all sorts of experiments from the basic to the life-saving.
- £100 covers the cost of giving one patient the Cytosponge test and analysing their results in the lab to diagnose early stages of oesophageal cancer.
- £400 is the cost of running Cancer Chat for one day helping thousands of people through very difficult times.
