Principal Fitness, Ross and all of Dom’s family
and friends are aiming this year to raise money for St Gemma’s Hospice in memory of Dominic. 

Dom sadly passed away from terminal prostate cancer in March 2018. At the end of 2017 he went to St Gemma’s hospice where they provided incredible support to Dom, his family and his friends.The charity provides this kind of essential support to a lot of people.

Ross is a member of Principal Fitness and is one of Dom's closest friends. Having seen first hand the incredible support provided by St Gemma's we have all decided to try to raise as much money as possible for a very worthy cause.

We will be taking on various fitness based challenges throughout 2018 to try and raise money to hit our £10000 target, have a look at the comments board to see what we will be doing.

There will also be a variety of events held up at Principal Fitness where our fantastic members will help to contribute to our target.
