We are Wendy, Julie, Dawn, Tracy, Sue and we all work at Prizm Solutions Ltd, a fantastic insurance brokerage based in Tamworth.

Wendy has recently been given the all clear from breast cancer  (hooray!!)  and we all felt we would like to give something back to the fantastic Walsall Breast Care Support Group that helped her through her treatment.

We are all over 45 and we have all been seriously training hard since we decided to do this challenge as none of us are particularly fit!

Training is going well and we losing pounds in the aim to gain pounds!

Please give generously as this is a serious challenge for all of us - a few weeks ago we couldn't even run for 1 minute, twelve weeks later we are now able to run for 3 miles. We are determined and will not fail!! (We hope :-))

Update: We have been joined in our challenge by Wendy's daughter Sam who is doing incredibly well in her training.

Julie has been dogged by an Achilles heel injury but is still training at the gym and very much still aiming to try to attempt it (even if she is last home!!)

Dawn also now has a shin splint injury but is determined to run.
