I haven’t done a sponsored charity event for ages but this one feels more personal as Cynthia Spencer Hospice supported a friend as their partner died from cancer.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice services and care make a difference to the lives of patients and families throughout Northamptonshire. 

Those who know me will be aware I cycle for fun, so there’ll be no great hardship involved. If you need me to suffer to sponsor then I’d be more than happy to find some way to meet your needs - but who says charity events can’t be fun!?
