Team Progressive Technology are joining thousands of cyclists on June 18th 2023, riding the epic 54-mile city to coast route from London to Brighton for the BHF.
Most, if not all of us have relatives or friends who've died or been affected by heart related conditions. 
The BHF funds around £100 million of research each year into heart and circulatory diseases and the things that cause them.
Heart disease: Stroke, Vascular dementia & Diabetes are all connected.
Thousands of people every year are helped through the research the BHF does.
