We are aiming to climb Island Peak in Nepal , in October 2019 to raise £1 for every metre of it's elevation, so £6189 for Mind!

The reason I have chosen this peak is because I wrote it down a few years ago when I suffered badly from depression.

By achieving this dream, I am hoping to show others that being down doesn't mean being out!
