As some of you know, recently I have been in the position that many men will have to deal with at some point in their lifetimes. Undergoing an MRI, Bone Scans and a Biopsy of my prostate. 

This was due to PSA levels fluctuating over a period of time. I received the brilliant news that there was no cancer to be found! This period getting tested and waiting the results was a rollercoaster emotionally and physically.

 I cannot stress enough the importance of getting tested. Symptoms can be delayed or subtle or they can be sudden and severe! Please please do not wait or put off something that can quickly and easily be done. Getting tested can and does save lives.

So, to raise awareness and maybe to help encourage any men or even one man out there who is worrying about their prostate health to get checked out I will be doing a stadium walk from my home to Celtic Park and then walk home - a total distance of 15 Miles.
