I am a Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, I have been providing exercise sessions for men with Prostate Cancer for the last 6 months in association with Stamina at Hallam University Sheffield. 

I had previously heard about prostate cancer like many men however I did nt really understand what it was or how many men are affected. I have met some wonderful guys in the last 6 months and now I would like to try and raise some funds.
