Delighted to be part of the Prostate United team for their October challenge where I have decided to run at least 10K everyday in the month. Let's see what this old boy has still got in him then!

I will be representing Reading for this challenge so despite the massive shitshow that is going on off the field with the clown owner Dai Yongge it will be great to do something positive in the name of the club I have supported for almost 50 years.
