After six months of grueling training, on May 26th, twenty friends will embark on an epic 600mile bike ride, while ascending over 26,000 cumulative feet from Paris to Monte Carlo.     Why?  Every 3.2 minutes a man is diagnosed with prostate cancer – in 2019, over 1.6 million men worldwide will be diagnosed. (Statistically, over our six-day bike ride alone, an estimated 26,300 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer…..that is over 1 new diagnosis for every foot that we ascend on our bikes.). We’re riding to put the brakes on these statistics – raising money to directly fund researchers who at this very moment, are working in the UK and USA to find a cure. 

Where your generous donation goes:

• Every pound donated goes directly to Prostate Cancer UK (PCUK). (Each rider is 100% self-funded and is paying their own expenses, covering their equipment, bike shipments, international flights, hotels, food etc. with assistance from our cherished corporate sponsors and partners)
• The last two bike rides raised nearly $150K -  and every penny went directly to Prostate Cancer UK and to the Prostate Cancer Foundation, to fund the very research that is seeking out the cure for this deadly disease.
• Each member is campaigning hard to help raise the team's goal of £200,000 on this year’s ride. Even if you can only

About the 2019 PROSTATE1000 “PARIS to MONTE CARLO” Ride
for Research

Founded by me in 2009, PROSTATE1000 has biked from Manhattan
to Montauk, from London to Paris, this year from Paris to Monte Carlo, and has built-up countless miles of training along the way. I started the organization after losing my dear father to prostate cancer, and set about helping to fund research into a cure, so that no further lives need be lost.
