We had great weather (we all got sunburnt) and the event was brilliant and inspirational as well as challenging and rewarding.

Rich and I got an incredibly close time given the distance - just 31 seconds apart. Greg was the real hero of the day though, after repturing a tendon at 19 miles he stopped and got some treatment from St John's Ambulance, then carried on running/hobbling the remaining 7 miles in some serious pain to still finish in under 4 hrs and 20.

Greg 4:17:14, Rich 3:27.42, Dunc 3:27:11.

That makes our total combined time 11:12:10s and means the winner of the Total Combined Time competion is Donna Coleman who guessed 11:15:20. Well done Donna!
