On October 14th the 6 of us will embark on a loop of London in aid of Investigo' s charity partner - LIFEbeat. 

Our gruelling journey will begin in Westminster and follow the Jubilee Greenway route right around the city, totalling 60km. 

Safe to say it is going to be a rather long day, plenty of blisters, aches and hopefully (if we still have the energy) a rewarding refreshment and well earned seat at the end - quite literal blood, sweat and (victory) beers. 

This is all in aid of LIFEbeat - Investigo's 2022 charity partner - 

LIFEbeat are charity with a mission is to improve the mental
health, wellbeing and positive potential of young people through building
creative communities and a sense of belonging.

They give young people the skills and inspiration to:
