NSPCC Dragon Boat Race · 18 August 2009

We’re the only charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands. That’s why we help children who’ve been abused to rebuild their lives, we protect children at risk, and we find the best ways of preventing child abuse from ever happening.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Puff's Magic Dragons' fundraising page.

On 18 August 2009, a hardy crew of Freshfields lawyers' will take to the high seas of the London Docklands Sailing Centre to take on the cream of Europe's dragon boat elite in a sponsored endurance race in support of the NSPCC.

By sponsoring our team you will be helping to raise vital funds for the NSPCC. Your donations can make a real difference to children's lives and help end cruelty to children.

In 2007/8, the NSPCC operated 180 community-based projects involving 266,000 children and adults and has continued to run the NSPCC Helpline and ChildLine in the UK. With your help, this amazing charity can continue to make progress in their existing projects and keep children safe from cruelty.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - We raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now!
